The research of the prognosis of the releated influence factors in the externalventricular drainage on the treatment of intraventricular hemorrhageObjectiveThis is a retrospective study of the external ventricular drainage on the treatmentof intraventricular hemorrhage to find some releated influence factors inprognosis.Aiming to investigate the factors which are more influencial in theprognosis through further study and provide a scientific basis for clinical decisions.Methods60cases of intraventricular hemorrhage treated by the external ventriculardrainage of the first department of Neurosurgery of the Second Bethune hospital ofJilin University from November2012to November2014are studied. The patients’situation, clinical manifestation, the body of usual physical examination and thenervous system examination, the imaging date and complication are independentvariables, while GOS after6months as dependent variables.Screen the influencialfactors in prognosis with single fator analysis. Analyze the influencial factors bymultiple linear regression equation for further step to make sure each factor’sinfluence in the prognosis of the external ventricular drainage on the treatment ofintraventricular hemorrhage.Results1. The general situation, clinical manifestation, the body of general physicalexamination and the nervous system examination, the imaging date and complicationare independent variables, while Glasgow Outcome Scale after6months as dependentvariables.Analyze the above data by single factor analysis.Hematoma volume of braintissue, hematoma volume of tricom and diacele, acute hydrocephaly,GCS onadimission, pulmonary infection, intracranial infection and the patient’s age arestatistical significance independent variables.2. The decreasing array of the facors according to their influence to the GOSafter6months is hematoma volume of tricom and diacele, hematoma volume of braintissue,GCS on adimission, acute hydrocephaly, intracranial infection, pulmonaryinfection after operation and the patient’s age by linear multivariate logistic regression equation analysis.Conclusion1.The influencial fators in the external ventricular drainage on the treatment ofintraventricular hemorrhage include hematoma volume of brain tissue, hematomavolume of tricorn and diacele, acute hydrocephaly,GCS on adimission, pulmonaryinfection after operation, intracranial infection and the age of patients.2.The decreasing array of the facors according to their influence to the GOS after6months is hematoma volume of tricom and diacele, hematoma volume of braintissue,GCS on adimission, acute hydrocephaly, intracranial infection, pulmonaryinfection after operation and the age of patients.
