The Acquisition Circuit Design Of ECG/PCG And Research On The Signal Analysis

In recent years, congenital heart disease incidence is increasing year by year, congenital heart disease has becoming one of the leading killers to endanger public health. Analysis of heart sounds have important reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The acquisition and processing of heart sound with accurate and efficient efforts, has an important significance for the further analysis. Therefore, we need to design a acquisition and processing system of ECG and PCG, which has certain practical significance for screening and treatment of heart disease.The accurate identification of heart sound have significance on the diagnose of the heart disease. Traditional auscultation relied on the accumulated experience of the doctor, which result in certain rate of wrong judgement in the heart disease.The collected heart sound signals, which acted as a subjective reflection of message of heart organ, will play a important role on the further processing of signals.In this paper, the main design of the system are based on the ECG and PCG acquisition circuit board, has the function of the amplification and filtering on the ECG and PCG, which ensure the quality of signals. The signals of heart organ, which collected by the acquisition circuit board, be processed within the LAB VIEW, realizing the real-time acquisition,display, storage of the signal,etc. The acquisition system has successfully collected the PCG and ECG signals of the congenital heart-diseased-patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. The sampled signals of ECG and PCG, denoised on wavelets. Then processed by the segmental location in PCG, then be processed the time-frequency analysis and power spectrum estimation of heart sound signals, which mainly select ten patients’ case from the before and later of operation, analysis the difference of frequency-feature, then sorted the character of heart disease of patients, which receives certain values in the research.
