Objective:Using modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction, the hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency diminished ovarian reserve intervention, in order to observe its clinical curative effect and the related index of ovarian reserve function improvement, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical and treatment methods.Method:A total of 40 patients met the inclusion criteria hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency diminished ovarian reserve were randomly divided into the treatment group of 20 cases,20 cases of the control group. The treatment group based on the modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction, and according to the menstrual cycle changes, the control group for the Kuntai Capsule, treatment of three menstrual cycles, menstruation, TCM symptom score were observed before and after the treatment,2-4 days menstrual cycle blood sex hormone follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) and estrogen (E2), FSH/LH; menstrual cycle is third days, the vaginal ultrasound monitoring the antral follicle count (AFC), the maximum ovarian diameter (MOD); the total effective rate, pregnancy rate.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 80%, the pregnancy rate was 25%; the control group the total effective rate was 70%, pregnancy rate was 10%. There is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The two groups after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of symptoms in patients with total score were decreased, there was significant difference (P<0.05), and significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); the two group after treatment, serum FSH, LH values compared with before treatment were decreased, there was significant difference (P<0.05), and significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05); the two group after treatment, serum FSH/LH, E2 levels compared with before treatment had no significant difference (P>0.05), and there is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The study found, in 40 cases the inclusion criteria of patients, 10 cases of patients with E2 level before treatment in a relatively high state (60-90ng/L), an exploratory study of the effects of E2 on the prediction problem of diminished ovarian reserve is also the subject of the two groups after treatment; AFC, MOD compared with before treatment without significant differences (P>0.05), and there is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. modified Zhibai Dihuang Decoction can improve the hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency diminished ovarian reserve in patients with menstruation and TCM syndrome, regulate the endocrine level, enhance the function of ovarian reserve, its clinical efficacy than the control group, is a safe, effective method of treatment, worthy of promotion and further study. 2. Decreased estrogen has a certain clinical value in early prediction of ovarian reserve function, still need to be combined with a variety of indicators can accurately predict the ovarian reserve function decline.
