| Objective:Through the observation of An Zi Decoction in the treatment of recurrent abortion patients and disease belongs to deficiency of spleen and kidney, blood stasis before and after the clinical symptoms, serum hormone pregnancy, ultrasound monitoring clip, and before and after treatment were detected by the Thl type cytokine/Th2 type cytokine levels to explore An Zihe therapeutic agents for the treatment of the clinical effect and the mechanism of recurrent spontaneous abortion.Method:2014 March to 2015 January to hospital of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in 60 cases. The disease belongs to deficiency of spleen and kidney, heat in blood and blood stasis and were randomly divided into group A and group B:group A were given An Zi Decoction+Dydrogesterone tablets, a total of 30 cases; group B dydrogesterone tablets, a total of 30 cases. Observation for 4 weeks. Observed before treatment and after treatment a, B two groups of E2, P and hCG levels, symptoms, IL-8/IL-6 ratio, and B-ultrasound embryo development situation, before and after treatment Thl (IL-8)/Th2 cytokines (IL-6) changes the ratio of computation.Results:(1) Syndrome integralGroup comparison:A group, B total score showed a larger decrease (P<0.05); Comparison between groups:A, B two groups of symptoms total score after treatment difference (P<0.05). The total effective rate of A group was 90%,The 73.33% high significantly compared with B group (P<0.05).(2) Pregnancy hormonesGroup comparison:A, B two group after treatment, serum E2, P, (3-HCG increased(P<0.05); Comparison between groups:the higher the level of the A group significantly higher than group B.(3) The change of blood Thl/Th2(IL-8/IL-6)levelsGroup comparison:A, B two groups after treatment serum IL-8 were compared with the previous decline, and IL-6 concentrations were increased and serum IL-8/IL-6 were decreased (P <0.05);Comparison between groups:A treatment group IL-8/IL-6 decreased significantly compared with B group (P<0.05).(4) B-ultrasonic mornitoing pregnant burseA group treated with the success rate of 90% was significantly higher than that of B group73.33%(P<0.05).(5) The comprehensive curative effectA group, the total effective rate of 90% was significantly higher than that in B group 73.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion:An Zi Deoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency, blood heat clip has a clear effect of recurrent spontaneous abortion with blood stasis type, can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, improve the level of pregnancy serum E2, P, hCG and Th2 type cytokines (IL-6) and reduce the level of Thl type cytokines (IL-8), the balance of Th1/ Th2, two-way regulating the body’s immune function, and promote the growth and development of the embryo. The clinical efficacy was significantly better than the oraldydrogesterone, no obvious toxicity and side effects. |
