The Clinical Research Of AnZi Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion And Effect On The Level Of Blood Homocysteine

Objective:By observating AnZi Decoction treatment of kidney deficiency with blood stasis in patients with recurrent miscarriage before and after treatment,clinical symotoms,levels of E2,P,β-HCG,B ultrasonic monitoring,etc.,and through the test before and after treatment the blood homocysteine levels to explore AnZi Decoction treatment of recurrent miscarriage of clinical curative effective and mechanism of fetus.Method:Clinical collected in March 2016 to January 2017 clinic of kidney deficiency with blood stasis type 60 patients with recurrent abortion,and randomly divided into treatment group(30 case)and control group(30 case).Treatment group were given AnZi Decoction +Dydrogesterone tablets + Vitamin Complex Tablets;The control group were given Dydrogesterone tablets+ Vitamin Complex Tablets.Observation for 4 weeks.Observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms integral,the levels of E2,P,β-HCG,B ultrasonic and embryoinc development and homocysteine levels.Results:(1)Clinical symptoms integralCompare two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM symptom integral,integral values after treatment was lower,the difference was statistically significant.Two groups after treatmen of TCM syndrome curative effect comparison:treatment group total effectiveness 93.3%,was better than the control group effectiveness 66.7%.(2)Levels of pregnancy hormonesTrough the line chart moves,found that two groups of patients after treatment the levels of E2,P,β-HCG are on the rise.Rising through the line chart in found,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(3)The level of HeyHey levels before and after treatment in both groups,after treatment value was significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the level of Hey in treatment group is significant lower than that in control group.(4)B ultrasonic monitoring of embryonic developmentTreatment group B ultrasonic monitoring in embryonic development,a total of 28 cases,spuc success rate of 93.3%is significantly higher than the control group spuc success rate of 70.0%,which a total of 21 cases were forming.(5)The comprehensive curative effectTreatment group total effective rate was 93.3%,cure rate was 16.7%,the efficeency was 66.7%,effective rate was 10%;Control group total effective rate was 66.7%,cure rate was 3.3%,the efficiency was 26.7%,effective rate was 36.7%.Treatment group total effective rate was statistically higher than control group.Conclusion:AnZi Deoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency with blood stasis has a clear effect of recurrent spontaneous abortion.It not only can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,reduce symotoms integral,improve the level of pregnancy hormones,also can lower Hcy levels,effectively improve the blood circulation of the uterus and placenta,maintaine embryonic growth and development,improve the success rate of spuc.
