Objective To observe the impact of Xiao Chai Hu Tang to the cholelith disease patients (TCM syndrome differentiation of diseases within type) to express the influence of serum total bile acid, and the serum FGF19 metabolism.Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial method,70 consistent with cholecystolithiasis or common bile duct stones after Western diagnostic criteria for liver and gallbladder qi TCM is based diagnostic criteria were divided into three groups,they are treatment group and control group, blank group. Prescription Medicines:Xiao Chai Hu Tang (Chai Hu 8g, Huang Qin 12g, Jin Qiancao 18g, Yu Jin 12g, Ji Neijin 12g, Fu Lin 12g, Qin-Chen Pi (each) 10g,Jiang Banxia 12g, Zhi Ke 12g, Shan Zha 12g, Chi-Bai Shao (each) 12g, Dang Gui 12g, Mang Xiao 5g, Da Zao 15g, Sheng Jiang 15g, Zhi Gancao 6g), made of traditional Chinese medicine preparation package started three days after the operation 50ml to give early and late each a bag of traditional Chinese medicine preparation package,60 consecutive days; control group:the three days after biliary tract surgery began with warm water to drink a cup of morning and evening, for two month. Blank group:not any treatment interventions. Using biochemical analyzer using enzymatic assay, respectively on the day of surgery and postoperative patients with the first month, second month testing serum total bile acid concentration;By using enzyme-linked immunosorbent (Quantikine FGF19 ELISA test kits) respectively in on the day of surgery, postoperative patients with the first month, second month testing serum FGF19 concentration.Results 1. In the aspect of bile acid metabolism:compared with control group, experimental group serum total bile acid concentration increases, the second month after statistically significant (P< 0.05).Experimental group after the second phases of the moon for preoperative elevated serum total bile acid concentration, statistically significant (P=0.02<0.05); 2. In FGF19 metabolic expression aspects:compared with control group, experimental group serum FGF19 concentration is reduced, the second month after statistically significant (P< 0.05).Experimental group after the second phases of the moon for preoperative serum FGF19 concentration is reduced, statistically significant (P=0.015<0.05).Conclusion 1. The study confirms Xiao Chai Hu Tang can be effectively adjust the content of serum bile acid and serum FGF19, thus inhibiting gallstone formation, it may be to prevent and reduce the side small bupleurum tonga Shi Rong stone’s main mechanism; 2. This experiment confirmed that determine the metabolic FGF19 expression concentration, can be used as to evaluate the treatment effect of cholelith disease patients, and evaluation of calculi recurrence and a safe, reliable indicators.Especially for reference meaning to prevent gallstones, bile duct calculi;To evaluate the effect of cholecystectomy after analysis;Evaluation of common bile duct calculi recurrence monitoring significance, etc; 3. The study confirms Xiao Chai Hu Tang can promote the metabolism of bile acid secretion function boycott FGF19 expression effect is better than to FGF19 secretion of bile acids promote role.
