The Analysis Of Clinical Features Of The Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Objective: To analyze the clinic pathology features and factor of prognosis affect in triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods:Retrospectively analyze 185 female patients in the 202 hospital of PLA from january 2007 to december 2010, all the patients are confirmed breast cancer through operation resection and pathology. The patients are divided into the TNBC group and the non-triple negative breast cancer group(NTNBC).The clinic pathologic and biology features of the two groups are compared. We use the tool SPSS17.0 to statistically analyse the data,with χ2test in count data,there was a significant difference between the standard P<0.05.Results: In all the 185 patients with breast cancer, 83.78%(155/185) of the total had NTNBC. TNBC is 16.22%(30/185), rate of patients whose age less than 35 yeas were10.00%(3/30),the average age was 42 years, promenopausal is 56.66%(17/30),infiltration duct cancer 80.0%(24/30), tumors in external quadrant of mammary gland50%(15/30),T1 and T2 stages were 86.67%(26/30), pathologyical grade Ⅲ16.67%(5/30), lymph metastasis of axillary fossa 66.67%(20/30), percetange of cases with after operation recur 10.0%(3/30), and beyond distract 30.0%(9/30). Non-triple negative breast cancer group and triple negative breast cancer group have a significant difference among the age of patients,size of tumor,lymph nodes metastasis of axillary fossa,pathological stages and lung metastasis(p<0.05).Conclusion: The triple negative breast cancer is an unique subtype of breast cancer,has a high incidence of recurrence and metastasis, poorer in prognosis.
