AimTo study the acute coronary syndrome (acute coronary syndrome, ACS) of the pathological mechanisms, by measuring the outer surface of platelets in patients with coronary heart disease extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer (extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer, EMMPRIN) and glycoprotein VI (glycoprotein VI, GPVI) expression levels, a clear role in both the incidence and clinical significance in patients with acute coronary syndrome. And accept the 64-slice CT coronary angiography examination,64-slice spiral CT combined with platelet surface EMMPRIN and GPVI expression levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients with unstable plaque clinical value.MethodsSequence selected from March 2014 to September 2014 in our hospital cardiology hospital 138 patients and coronary angiography diagnosed coronary heart disease (CHD) patients Another 40 cases of coronary angiography was normal those for the control group, CHD group divided based on clinical diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) group,86 cases of stable angina (SAP) 52 cases. CHD group involving the blood vessels range is divided into single-vessel disease 36 cases according to coronary artery disease, double vessel disease in 59 patients, three lesions in 43 patients, according to the "Chinese Journal of Cardiovascular pipe," the relevant guide is divided into ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) group of 35 patients with non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) group of 21 patients with unstable angina (UAP) group,30 cases; according to stenosis of coronary artery stenosis 42 patients were divided into mild, moderate stenosis group, 42 cases,53 cases of severe stenosis; based on 1988 ACC/AHA classification of coronary artery disease CHD group will be divided into 34 cases of group A lesions, B lesion group 61 cases, C-type lesions 41 cases; according to coronary angiography plaque morphology into 43 cases of 36 cases of type Ⅰ plaque, plaque group 59 cases of type Ⅱ, Ⅲ type plaque group; 138 CHD patients received 64-slice CT coronary angiography examination, according to coronary plaque CT value into 57 cases of soft plaque, fibrous plaque group 41 group,40 cases of calcified plaque. Extracted platelet quadratic centrifugation, flow cytometry to measure the platelet surface EMMPRIN (MFI) and GPVI (MFI) expression, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay serum concentration (ELISA) assay P-selectin (mg/L).Results1. ACS group, SAP group platelet surface EMMPRIN, GPVI expression levels than the control group increased, ACS group was significantly higher than that in SAP group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);2. ACS group mainly type Ⅱ plaque, soft plaque; SAP group mainly type Ⅰ, Ⅲ type, fibrous plaque and calcified plaque;3. ACS group plaque type Ⅱ, Ⅲ plaque platelet surface EMMPRIN, GPVI expression levels of type Ⅰ compared with group increased plaque, Ⅱ Ⅲ plaque plaque group than in the group have significantly increased, the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05);4. ACS set of soft plaque, fibrous plaque platelet surface EMMPRIN, GPVI expression level increased calcified plaque and soft plaque group also had significantly higher than fibrous plaque group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).5. CHD patients with platelet GPVI surface EMMPRIN was positively correlated, (r= 0.740, P<0.001), both with P-selectin were positively correlated (r = 0.749, P<0.001; r= 0.251, P<0.05).Conclusions:1. With the aggravation of coronary artery disease, CHD patients with platelet surface EMMPRIN, GPVI expression levels increased.2. With the decline in CHD patients with AS plaque stability, platelet surface EMMPRIN, GPVI expression levels increased.3. platelet surface EMMPRIN, GPVI are a risk factor for coronary heart disease, especially in patients with ACS, both increased significantly, and EMMPRIN-GPVI may play an important role in the development process occurs in the ACS.4. The Joint platelet surface expression levels of EMMPRIN and GPVI, 64-slice CT can improve the detection of coronary artery plaque in patients with ACS accuracy and prompt plaque stability, improve the diagnostic yield of ACS.
