Academic Thoughts And Clinical Characteristics Of Jingyue’s Complete Works ·fu Ren Gui

Objective:Through the study on the theory and experience of Jingyue’s Complete Works ·Fu Ren Gui in Ming Dynasty written by Zhang Jingyue, the paper summarized his academic thoughts,clinical characteristics and prescription characteristics comprehensively.Methods:This paper adopt the traditional philology method to study on the theory and experience of Jingyue’s Complete Works ·Fu Ren Gui. Not only based on Intensive reading, but also read his other works for reference and extensive collection of relevant data so as to explore his unique understanding of gynaecology diseases.Results: Zhang Jingyue calls on the treatment of gynecological diseases with "two outlines six changes",especially in discriminating yin, yang, deficiency and excess, advocating the combination of the four diagnostics,paying attention to explore the pulse. He stressed that the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases must deal with the syndrome and the person rather than holding unchanged.Learned from the ancient but not all obey it, he did’t entirely agree with the past doctors’ view. At the same time, he made good use of tonic and pointed out that " the blood comes first when treating women’s disease.He paid attention to nourishing yin and blood, as well as the influence of the spleen and the kidney which played the role of the congenital and postnatal foundation.He advocated to invigorate the spleen and nourish the kidney.In prescription,he used more drugs which can nourish the blood, yin and qi while he againsted to use drug which can promoting blood circulation or be attackable.He advocated to strengthen body to resist to pathogenic factors beacuse of the healthy qi comes first.In addition, Zhang stressed emotion, fatigue and other factors, holding that curing disease should be recuperated in all aspects.Conclusion:The academic theory of Fu Ren Gui has enriched the treatment of gynecological diseases, and it shows Zhang’s immortal contributions to the Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine, laid a theoretical foundation for the future research, providing guidance and reference for the clinical practice of Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.
