By traditional literature methods,this research has systematically summarized Zhang jiebin’s academical thoughts of cerebropathy in jing yue quan shu,combined with his other books.By study,the academical thoughts are concluded,such as theoretical interpretations and cognition of disease,as well as syndrome differentiation and medication characteristics.This job discussed a new method for the treatment of the cerebropathy.This article concluded the Zhang jiebin’s academical thoughts of cerebropathy.In the onset of the cerbropathy,Zhang think highly of the inside causes as the baseline factor.He thought inside causes and six exogenous are the main pathogenies.The deficiency of vital qi and the disorder of qi ascending and descending movement are the keys in the occurrence of the disease.He use unique features in the treatment,such as syndrome differentiation,coordinate yin and yang,supple the energy.Indeed,he was in applying the prescription of ancients and developing new prescriptions.Zhang pay attention to the syndrome differentiation,he wants to explore the causes of the disease.He usually likes to use tonic drugs.This provide a new method in treatment of cerebropathy.This research filled the blank of the study of his academical thoughts,and also provide a new reference in the research of the cerebropathy subject.
