| Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with extended release nifedipine tablets on blood pressure and symptoms of community population with hypertension to improve curative effect of acupoint application technology; to investigate the value of clinical application of acupoint,the initial formation of hypertension curative effect, easy sticking intervention plan, in order to promote Chinese Medicine in the field of prevention and treatment of hypertension in the social service ability.Methods:Using randomized open, divided into treatment group and control group two groups,30 cases in each group. The control group: oral nifedipine {nifedipine sustained release tablets(II)}20mg,1 times a day. The treatment group: treated with Acupoint Application of intervention in the foundation and the control group in the same Western medicine therapy, once every day, 2 Monday of course of treatment, two groups were treated for 4 weeks, to observe the curative effect after 2 courses.Results: Test observed after 4 weeks, treatment group of antihypertensive efficacy was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05) and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with hypertension, and intervention effects on the heart rate, the treatment group and the control group no significant difference; safety detection, before and after treatment, blood routine, urine routine, liver function {alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST)}, renal function {blood urea nitrogen(BUN), blood creatinine(Cr)}, electrocardiogram(ECG) had no abnormal changes.Conclusion: Acupoint application technology has good clinical curative effect on primary hypertension syndrome of hyperactivity of liver Yang, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, better control of blood pressure; and there are certain regulation of sleep and gastrointestinal function; the initial formation of the community hypertension intervention project of acupoint application. |
