| Objective: This paper reviews from SLE patients with TCM syndrome type of activity,the relationship between the different SLE activity,for the treatment of TC M syndrome differentiation provide clinical data.Methods:Sorthing reviews 216 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus record,TCM syndrome type, SLEDAI rating ect material,judgment,including disease activity,name,sex,age,TCM syndrome type, SLEDAI score, disease activity,ect,the database o f TCM syndrome,type and TCM syndrome, each activity between SLEDAI score be tween TCM syndrome type and with each activity were statistically analyzed betwe en,TCM syndrome type and comparing the difference between each activity and the distribution of TCM syndrome type and the SLEDAI scores,the relationship betwee n each activity.Results: 1. The age, course of disease in each types were markedly different(p<0.05).2. ESR,RF,IgG,C3,C4, and ds-DNA inrelated types were mark edly different(P<0.05). 3.Different disease activity degree of disease in each types were markedly different(p<0.05). The cases are mainly to mild a ctivity in rheumatic fever syndrome and yin deficiency and internal heat syn drome. With a different degree of disease activity in the number of cases between the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Toxic heat flourishing card s ubstantially without activity in the few cases. With a different degree of disease act ivity in the number of cases between the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Spleen kidney yang deficiency, activities in severe cases more,Of which t he number of cases with severe activity basic activity and mild activity cas e number was statistically significant difference between. Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome is in case of more basic activities. With a different degree of disease activity in the number of cases between the difference was statistically sig nificant( P < 0.05).Conclusion: Systemic lupus erythematosus is more in women than man. To 20 ~ 40 years old is more incidence than others. Various types of toxi c heat flourishing card is the most short course. Spleen kidney yang deficiency is the length. The TCM syndrome type and laboratory indexes have some correlation,which can be become the syndrome differentiation standard. In 216 patients withsystemic lupus erythematosus, the largest number of cases is excessive n oxious heat syndrome. Excessive noxious heat syndrome and spleen kidney yang eficiency syndrome are more serious than others.Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome is relatively stable. Clinically can be based on clinical s ymptoms, signs and laboratory index in syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
