Objective: The purpose of this article is to discuss the relationship of the tibia-femoral-joint meniscus zone of cartilage after meniscus injury,and to understand the clinical effect of different treatments by the postoperative follow-up and related literatures.Methods: Retrospective analysis between March 2012 and November 2014 treated 96 cases of meniscus injury of surgical treatment of the patient’s age, gender, duration, and degree of meniscus injury types, relationship with the condition of the tibia femoral articular cartilage. And through the course of grouping, comprehensive analysis of meniscus injury damage type, degree of tearing of the tibia femoral particular cartilage, and on whether should early surgical treatment were discussed, And we analyzed the choice of different treatments of surgery and postoperative effect by the postoperative follow-up and related literatures.Results: There are 73 cases in this group of 96 cases of patients with different degree of cartilage injury, its incidence in the group of acute, subacute stage and chronic group were 52.7%(12/23), 77.1%(27/35), 89.5%(34/38);With the extension of course, the cartilage damage degree also increase gradually, and the influence of different types of meniscus injury of articular cartilage also have differences.
