| Objective: To investigate the incidence of postoperative mixed hemorrhoids reaction and the correlative factors, and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative reaction. Methods: the statistics into the study of 325 patients with gender, age, anesthesia, operation way, postoperative medication and other basic information and operation area pain, bleeding, urinary dysfunction, increased frequency of defecation, a margin of edema, anal itching, anus, fever, syncope, anal stenosis postoperative reaction rate, the use of statistical methods of chi square test, rank sum test on postoperative reactions related factors analysis. Results: the operation area pain in 6 hours after operation occurred in 79.1%, third days after operation occurred in 82.8%, hemorrhage(> 100ml) occurred in 0.9%, urinary dysfunction occurred in 49%, the increased frequency of bowel movements occurred in 41.5%, a margin of edema occurred in 30.2%,and anal itching occurred in 8.3%, and anal pendant expansion occurred in 84.6%, and fever occurred in 43.4%, and fainting occurred rate 2.8%, and anal narrow occurred rate 0%, mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain degree and the age of patients, methylene blue mixture closed treatment, traditional Chinese medicine bath fumigation correlation(P < 0.05), voiding dysfunction after morrhoidectomy mixing associated with anesthesia(P < 0.05),A margin of edema of mixed hemorrhoids district with gender, age, difficult defecation, defecation frequency correlation(P < 0.05), after the operation of mixed hemorrhoid anus compound expansion and application of Gentiana tablets in the treatment of correlation(P < 0.05), the mixed hemorrhoid surgery increased frequency of bowel movements are mainly distributed in the 4~10 days after operation, postoperative fever mainly distributed in the operation on the same day to the fourth day after operation. Conclusion: postoperative mixed hemorrhoids reaction rate with gender, age, type of anesthesia, defecate, also has the partial correlation between postoperative reaction. |
