| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of mucosa above hemorrhoid transfixion jointly with Milligan-Morgan haemorrhoidectomy to treat III "and IVs hemorrhoids, providing reference for choosing clinical surgical approach.Methods:80 cases of ⅢⅡ °and Ⅳ° hemorrhoids from Anus-intestines Department of Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of T.C.M meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into two groups,40 cases each in the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were performed mucosa above hemorrhoid transfixion jointly with Milligan-Morgan haemorrhoidectomy; the control group were performed Milligan-Morgan haemorrhoidectomy. Operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications, operation effects and others were observed between the treatment group and the control group, in order to verify the clinical efficacy and safety of mucosa above hemorrhoid transfixion jointly with Milligan-Morgan haemorrhoidectomy to treat Ⅲ °and Ⅳ° hemorrhoids.Results:The two groups were compared:in terms of postoperative bleeding, there was a significant difference (P<0.05); in terms of postoperative pain, analmargin of edema, rectal bulge, urinary retention,and hemorrhoids shedding, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:The use of mucosa above hemorrhoid transfixion jointly with Milligan-Morgan haemorrhoidectomy to treatⅢ °and Ⅳ° hemorrhoids effectively reduced postoperative bleeding. Meanwhile, the operation is not difficult to be accepted by patients and doctors.The use of mucosa above hemorrhoid transfixion jointly with Milligan-Morgan haemorrhoidectomy to treat Ⅲ °and Ⅳ° hemorrhoids is safe, effective, worthy clinical application. |
