Objective:This study was designed to investigate the ET, CGRP and Henoch Schonlein purpura(HSP) is hot and humid intrinsic card in the course, pathogenic factors, season of onset and clinical manifestations of correlation and observe the specificity of the changes, clinical study of HSP so as to provide a new way of thinking. Methods: Selected 34 cases with HSP heat intrinsic syndrome patients and 23 cases of normal children blood, by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), the detection of the concentration of ET and CGRP in plasma. Using SPSS data analysis system to analyze its correlation with disease. Results: 1.The concentrations of ET in HSP children were higher than those of normal children, and the concentrations of CGRP in plasma were lower than those in normal children.2.Duration of more than 1 year with plasma ET levels higher than 6 months to 1 year group and 6 months group, the concentration differences between the groups with significant; duration of 6 months group within the plasma CGRP higher than 6 months to 1 year group and more than 1 year group, the differences in the concentration of each component is significant.3.The concentrations of ET in the patients with the dense skin purpura were higher than that of the patients with sparse purpura, and the concentration of CGRP in the plasma was lower.4.The concentration of ET in children with abdominal pain was higher than that of abdominal pain, and the concentration of CGRP was lower.5.The concentration of ET in the patients with the joint manifestation was higher than that of the patients with no joints, and the concentration of CGRP in the patients was lower.6.The incidence of the disease, the frequency of the disease, the cause of the disease and the plasma ET concentration and the plasma CGRP concentration were not correlated.Conclusion:1.The concentration of ET in HSP was higher than that in normal children, and the concentration of CGRP in plasma was lower.2.HSP heat intrinsic syndrome with plasma ET levels and duration of the disease showed a positive correlation, serious illness in children, the levels of plasma ET; damp heat in the HSP intrinsic syndrome in children with the plasma levels of CGRP and the duration of the disease showed a negative correlation, serious illness in children with the plasma levels of CGRP in low.3.The higher the concentration of ET, the lower the CGRP concentration, and the potential antagonism of the two.
