The Clinical Study On Curing Old Ectopic Pregnancy By Combining Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction With External Application Of TCM

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with external application of TCM on curing old ectopic pregnancy, and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods: 57 sufferers, who were diagnosed with old ectopic pregnancy after conservative treatment on their heterotopic pregnancy in our hospital, were divided into observation group(29) and control group(28). The observation group was treated with oral Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction together with external application of TCM, and the control group was treated with oral Xuefu stasis removing capsule. All the sufferers experienced two continuous courses of treatment, each course including 3 menstrual cycle. The therapeutic effect was observed and compared; the clinical symptoms, vital signs and the improvement of TCM syndrome for both groups before and after treatment were compared; the enclosed mass reduction status, the hemorheology index changes before and after treatment, oviduct patency situation and so on during the treatment were compared respectively.Results: in the comprehensive therapeutic effect, the observation group has 75.86% of recovery, 17.24% of marked effective rate and 6.90% of effective rate, while the control group has 46.43%,28.57% and 14.29% respectively. The total effective rate of the observation group is 93.10%, which is obviously higher than the 75.00% of the control group, and the contrast difference here has statistical significance(P<0.05). In the improvement of TCM symptoms aspect, the observation group has 79.31% of recovery, 13.79% of marked effective rate and 6.90% of effective rate, while the control group has 50.00%,28.57% and 10.71% respectively. The total effective rate of the observation group is 93.10%, which is higher than the 78.57% of the control group, and the contrast difference has a statistical significance(P<0.05). In the symptom integral of CTM aspect, the symptom integral of both groups has been decreased after treatment(P<0.05), but the integral of the observation group is lower than that of the control group, and the difference here also has statistical significance(P<0.05). In accessory examination, compared with the control group, the pelvic mass of the observation group has been significantly decreased after treatment, and their hemorheology index has been improved greatly after treatment. The contrast difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05). The total oviduct patency rate of the observation groups is 77.27%, including 36.36% of unobstructed rate and 40.91% of poorly patency rate, which has a statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: by applying Huayu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with external application of TCM on curing old ectopic pregnancy after conservative treatment on heterotopic pregnancy, it can improve the clinic symptoms and vital signs effectively, improve local microcirculation, accelerate mass absorption, promote the repair of oviduct by improving local blood circulation, and it is safe and reliable, and has a satisfactory effect.
