Huayu Xiaozheng Combined Methotrexate Therapy Clinicalobservation Of Ectopic Pregnancy Abstract

Objective:discussion of xiaozheng combined methotrexate (METHOTREXAT) conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical efficacy and mechanism of action. Method:115 cases ectopic pregnancy randomly divided into 2 groups:A group (treatment group) 58 cases, Huayu xiaozheng combined methotrexate therapy; B group (control group) 57 cases, a single methotrexate therapy. Observation and comparison of the two groups, B-HCG blood drops to normal time required, tubal pregnancy package block absorption time, uterus and rectum culdosac effusion, menstrual recovery time, treatment after tubal patency, MTX's use of treatment and side effects of the differences. Results:the treatment success rate for the group, the control group 93.10% success rate for 78.94%, rate comparison, both groups have significant differences (P<0.05); Treatment groupβ-HCG blood drops to the normal time and vaginal bleeding time is shortened, control with significant difference (P<0.05); Treatment group within the pelvic ectopic pregnancy bag piece absorption, the average time of restoring menstruation compared with controls, the time is shortened, with significant difference (P<0.05); The tubal patency of the treated group better than control group (P<0.05); the rate of the side reaction of MTX the treated group lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huayu xiaozheng combined methotrexate can effectively decrease the level of HCG, excitement, narrowing blood vessels and smooth muscle of the uterus during pregnancy, to improve the situation of pelvic blood circulation, promote the ectopic pregnancy lump of softening, absorb and dissipate. Their efficacy and adverse reactions is small, it will help improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs, to maximize the recovery of reproductive function and healthy.
