Objective: The research will lead to early massage intervention on 36 cases of acute mastitis by Yin labor primipara postpartum clinical observation of the disease.Methods: 72 cases of the female labor primipara randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 36 cases. The treatment group except for regular clinical nursing to stimulate the secretion of milk with massage before intervention, the control group only normal clinical care.Results: After a month after the telephone return visit to the occurrence of mastitis, the probability of two groups respectively to acute mastitis significant differences(P < 0.05). Two groups of clinical efficient difference obvious: treatment group total effective rate was 83.4%,control group total effective rate was 61.1%.Conclusion: Massage early intervention can effectively prevent the Yin birth mothers the pathogenesis of acute postpartum mastitis.
