The Clinical Research Of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Yuzhi Period Of Acute Mastitis

ObjectiveThis study used different methods of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of early acute mastitis to evaluate its clinical curative effect, and put forward the optimized treatment plan according to the results of the study, lay a foundation for further clinical application.MethodsCollect data complete and conform to the standard of 120 patients with early outside blowing milk carbuncle, randomly divided into three groups, Chinese medicine external treatment of TCM, Chinese medicine external treatment group B,group A comprehensive treatment group, 40 cases in each. The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment group A adopts traditional methods in combination with Chinese medicine external treatment; Chinese medicine external treatment group B adopts follow acupuncture point technique milk combined traditional Chinese medicine external treatment; Comprehensive treatment group using acupuncture point technique path and line of traditional Chinese medicine lotion combined Chinese herbal medicine through the milk one internal and external treatment with liver, all treatment for five days, and fill in the cases of observation scale, set up the database, and record adverse reactions. Observed 5 days after treatment, observation of three groups of patients clinical symptoms, signs, and overall effectiveness index, USES statistical software SPSS17.0 statistical analysis,and the statistical results are analyzed and discussed.Results(1)Three groups of patients before treatment in age, family situation, main index points such as baseline comparison, there was no significant difference of statistics,three groups of comparable.(2)Three sets of main observation indexes before and after treatment of integral comparison, statistics has a very significant difference(P < 0.05), suggesting that three treatment can obviously improve the patient’s symptoms and signs; Three groups of two observation index of integral comparison after treatment, there was no significant difference of statistics, showed that three kinds of treatments are improve the signs and symptoms of patients with no obvious difference.(3)Chinese medicine external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),Chinese medicine external treatment group B, group A comprehensive three group of patients in treatment group total effectiveness respectively is 87.5%,92.5%,95.0%,P <0.05, with significant difference, it shows that there are differences between the three groups of maternal overall curative effect.Two overall curative effect between the two compare three groups, A and group B with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment group curative effect comparison respectively,P < 0.05, there are significant differences.
