Clinical Observation Of The Tuina With Ointment For The Treatment Of Early Stage Osteonecrosis Of The Femoral Head (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To study the subject of Tuinawith ointment for the treatment of early stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head (qi stagnation and blood stasis type), through the study the clinical curative of Tuina with ointment for the treatment of early stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head (qi stagnation and blood stasis). To do the further more investigation,and make this disease’s treatment more effective.Methods:There are 60 cases to this subjects of screening early stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head (qi stagnation and blood stasis type). And then we use the prospective method, follow the principle of random, divided them into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group with conventional Tuina with ointment therapy,the control group treated by use of Chinese herbs. Each of group has 15 times for a course of treatment, a total of three courses, and were observed before and after treatment with pain, hip jointfunction of Harris evaluation and McGill pain. Then in the followed 1 year,these two groups were observed their disease changes. The results of the statistical analysis was carried out using the SPSS 17.0 software.Results:1. Differences exist statistical significance after we use SPSS17.0 stati stical software and statist ical treatment, for P<0.05 in thecomparison of the clinical effects on the overall data. And the two groups of patients recovered well after treatment, but the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly better than the control group;2.After treatment, the treatment group compared with control, Tuina with ointment therapy group has achieved a good effect, the total efficiency of 93.55%, oral Chinese medicine treatment group the total effective rate was 74.19%, there was significant difference between the two compared(P<0.05).3. According tothe follow-up results, two groups that long term curative effect of oral Chinese medicine is superior to the Tuina with ointment curative effect.Conclusion:Tuina with ointment therapy can effectively improve the early stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head (qi stagnation and blood stasis type) symptoms. It has a good curative effect, no toxic side effect, no pain, the patient is easy to accept, is a worthy of popularizing treatment method. But if you really want to control the early and middle femoral headdisease development need to ensure more works.
