| Objective: The study was to observe the effects of the massage with ointment treating cold-damp stagnation of PD patients, makes some helpful reserches on the better treating of the PD. Method: 72 patients were divided randomly into 2 groups. The trearment group receive the massage with ointment, the control group of patients oral shaofuzhuyu Capsule. Scores VAS, TCM Symptom Scale and Blood rheological index were recorded before and after the treatment. Result: 1、The integral of dysmenorrhea main symptoms and the score of VAS analysis:Both treatment had remarkable effect on primary dymenorrhea(cold-damp stagnation). the integral of dysmenorrheamain symptoms and the score of VAS had signifiant difference between two groups,( P<0. 05). It showed that massage with ointment was more effective than oral shaofuzhuyu Capsule. 2、The nine Chinese Medical symptoms analysis: Both the treatments could improve the Chinese Medical symptoms, improval of the cold and unpalpable abdominal pain and cold intolerance had remarkable difference between two groups, P<0. 05. It meaned that massage with ointment was more effective than oral shaofuzhuyu Capsule in these two symptoms.3、Total effective rates analysis: In treatment group, the cure rate was22.22%, and the total effective rate was 97.22%; while in the control group,the cure rate was 8. 33%, and the total effective rate was 83. 33%. The two groups had significant differences(P〈0. 05), and the treatment group was superior than control group.4、rheology index of blood:The two treatment groups both improve the viscous of the blood,both The two groups had significant differences(P〈0. 05), and the treatment group was superior than control group. Conclusions:The effect of the massage with ointment treating cold-damp stagnation of PD is remarkable.It treats both symptoms and root causes, not only canalleviate the symptoms,but also improve the body’s constitution.It has advantages :safty,noninvasive,no pian, it is worth advocating to be applied. |
