| Objective: Differences and the efficacy of the treatment of humeral shaft fractures to explore interlocking intramedullary nail and plate Internal fixed two internal fixation methods. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the Shandong Provincial Hospital of TCM from March 2013 to December 2014, 50 patients were treated humeral shaft fractures in patients with clinical data. Randomized sample of patients into the IIN treatment group of 22 patients, PIF treatment group of 28 cases. Respectively with the corresponding internal fixation surgery.
