Influnence Of The Treatment Of Jianpi Bushen Recipe Combined With Microwave Ablation On T-lymphocyte Subsets In Primary Liver Cancer Patients

Objective: Jianpi Bushen recipe with microwave ablation which can have an influence on immune function of PLC patients(Primary Liver Cancer) by improving the T-lymphocyte subsets. By comparing AFP levels, the symptom and life quality of the PLC patients before and after the treatment, this study discuss the advantage of the new medical means for the PLC patients.Methods: In accordance with the same criteria, 40 PLC patients were collected as the research object, and they randomly were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 20 cases each. Both two groups of patients used same symptomatic therapy including water cooled microwave ablation, antiviral therapy, and liver protection therapy etc. The difference is the extra-manner of Jianpi Bushen Recipe, treatment lasts for two months. By compare with the levers of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD4 + / CD8 +, AFP, clinical symptoms and life quality before and after the treatment, relative data will be collected and used to carry on statistics analysis.Results:1.The level of both CD3 + and CD4 + T-lymphocyte have improved after treatment and the experimental group’s level higher than control group, the difference is significant(P<0.05), the control group has no significant difference(P>0.05).The levels of both CD3+ and CD4+T-lymphocyte have significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).2.CD8+T-lymphocyte’s level lower in both two group after treatment, while no big difference can be found according to the inter-group comparison and intra-group comparison of two groups(P>0.05).3.The ratio of CD4+/CD8+become higher than that before the treatment.The difference within treatment group are significant(P<0.05).The difference within control group are little(P>0.05).At the same time, there are no much difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).4.AFP levels of two groups decreased obviously(P<0.05),while there are no big differences between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).5.By comparison, the disease of treatment group on hypochondriac, anorexia, abdominal distention and fatigue are obvious under treatment,and the symptom scores of treatment group significantly change(P<0.05).There are no difference within control group both the disease treatment and the symptom score(P>0.05).6. Patients ’life quality of the treatment group are better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The Jianpi Bushen Recipe combined with the microwave ablation can improve the level of CD3+T,CD4+T-lymphocyte of PLC patients so that improve the immune function of patients.It proved that Jianpi Bushen Recipe can strengthen body resistance and eliminating evil.2. Jianpi Bushen Recipe can cure parts of clinical symptoms after patients accept the micro ablation and improve the life quality of PLC patients.3. Micro ablationhave disadvantages on the improvement of patients’ immune function and the treatment of clinical symptom.
