Objective To investigate changes of liver malignant tumor patients in lymphocyte subsets and cytokines after microwave ablation treatment. Methods To collect peripheral blood of 45 liver malignant tumor patients within 1 weeks before microwave ablation and after ablation of 1 weeks, 1months.Regulatory T cells(Tregs), T lymphocyte(CD4+, CD8+), natural killer(NK) cell composition(%)were detected by flow cytometry. IL-2, IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-12, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 levels(pg/ml) were detected by flow cytometry and fluorescence tester. Results Compared with before microwave ablation, the ratio of CD8+ reduced significantly after 1 weeks and 1 months ablation(P<0.05). The level of IL-12 rised significantly after 1 weeks and 1 months ablation(P<0.05). The level of IL-6 decreased significantly after 1 weeks and 1 months ablation(P<0.01). The level of IL-10 decreased significantly after 1 weeks and 1 months ablation(P<0.05).The proportion of NK cells increased significantly after 1 months ablation(P<0.01). Compared with after 1 weeks ablation, the level of IL-12 rised significantly after 1 months ablation(P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave ablation treatment can ease the local tumor suppression on immune function of organism, while promoting the Th2/Th1 offset, regulating the immune function disorders of patients with liver malignant tumor.
