Retrospective Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) In Chronic Heart Failure Syndrome

Objective:Through investigation and study, the first affiliated hospital of henan institute of July 2010- June 2014 in hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure related information, using the statistical methods to the main symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure, lingual arteries and veins, TCM syndrome types, syndrome elements and complications were analyzed, and the study of TCM syndrome types of chronic heart failure with gender, age, primary disease, and cardiac function, the relationship between the basis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of heart failure.Methods:To the basic information of 406 cases of patients with chronic heart failure symptoms, Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine syndrome types and related medical information retrospective investigation and study, combined with modern medical theory and statistical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and clinical dialectical thinking method of statistical analysis.Results:The study found that the main symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure is as follows: chest tightness of frequency was 90.4%, the second heart palpitations was 45.1%, shortness of breath again is 44.1%;Heart failure patients with tongue veins appears as: tongue most dark, more white, be bored with, thin coating on the tongue, pulse condition for thin, heavy, and more.The main age group of patients with chronic heart failure is less than 60 years old group, followed by 60-69 age group, the incidence of men slightly more than women;Rheumatic heart disease is a chronic heart failure in most of the primary disease, followed by dilated cardiomyopathy, again for coronary heart disease.Heart failure combined with hypertension is the most common diseases, diabetes.The chi-square test to prove: gender, age, primary disease in heart failure among syndrome group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Justification of chronic heart failure in the main distribution roughly gas Yin deficiency of 125 cases(30.8%), qi deficiency and blood stasis, 90 cases(22.2%), Yang deficiency water 63 cases(15.5%), lung phlegm retention resistance 55 cases(13.5%), lung deficiency of 30 patients(7.4%), heart kidney Yang deficiency of 26 cases(6.4%), Yin exhaust Yang take off in 2 cases(0.5%);Hou qi deficiency elements distribution roughly justification of chronic heart failure, 225 cases(55.4%), 177 cases(43.6%), blood stasis, Yin deficiency, 126 cases(31%), drink water, 91 cases(22.4%), Yang deficiency, 82 cases(20.2%), phlegm turbidity 70 cases(17.2%), 10 cases of blood deficiency(2.5%), and 7 cases(1.7%), thermal aggregates in 5 cases(1.2%), haemorrheological nature in 3 patients(0.7%).Conclusions:1.The incidence of the disease tends to be younger, occurs in middle-aged and old patients;Male incidence is slightly higher than women;2.the basic syndromeof chronic heart fai1 ure distribution:qiyinliangxu>diazepam>yang deficiency of water Pan>phlegm obstructing lung>heart and lung qi>heart deficiency >other syndromes>Yin Yang dried off.3.e1 ements of basic syndromes of chronic heart fai1 ure distribution:Qi>Blood>Yin>waterwet>Yang>phlegm>deficiencyofblood>intrinsic>co ngealing cold.4.Primary disease,gender and age distribution of the syndrome of chronic heart failure had no effect on cardiac function has some influence on their distribution.
