Students of Magnolia officinalis spicy is drastic, "not to ginger, then spines throat, with ginger fried can be eliminated on the throat irritation.In addition, Magnolia officinalis is fragrant dry products, spices Zaolie of lossy and stomach Yin Yu, Jiang system can enhance the wide stomach and the clinical efficacy, the general use of processed products instead of their crude. In recent years before and after processing technology of Magnolia officinalis, processing the changes of chemical constituents and pharmacological changes before and after processing the research, and to Jiang Houpo the crushing process research and crushed to different grain size composition and content change of the basic no reports.This paper studies grinding process on Jiang Houpo by the orthogonal test and the study of standard pieces, as can fill medicine reference samples, and pieces without control, and provide the basis for the Chinese medicine pieces Pharmacopoeia, thequality control.1. To grinding time, grinding times, feeding amount of factors of three factors and three level orthogonal experiment, with the total phenol content in flour yield, honokiol and magnolol as index to optimize the grinding process. The results showed that the grinding time and the number of the pieces had a significant effect on the powder rate of Jiang Houpo decoction, while the amount of the material had no effect on the powder rate.The three factor had no significant effect on total phenol.2. The powder of different sizes was studied by means of microscopic identification and TLC. By microscopic identification, it was found that magnolia bark 10 ~ 160 mesh powder oil cell, fiber, stone cell, cork cell, and 160 ~ 300 mesh powder did not cork cell, fiber is shattered into the end of the short fiber, oil cells, stone cells; TLC showed that 10 to 300 mesh within the scope of magnolia bark powder containing the same composition. Uniform pieces, magnolia bark and original pieces, medicinal herbs by thin layer chromatography(TLC) found that color and magnolol spots than before showing the color more clearly, G plate, GF254 plate all tested samples, in and control the chromatograph corresponding position, all show the same color spots, but shades of color change and GF254 plate more spots. The condition of thin layer chromatography is: the color of GF254 plate is color, the expansion system is toluene methanol(17:1).3.Through orthogonal test 1-9 samples of water extract, 75% ethanol extract of content determination, it is found that all samples of 75% ethanol extract content was similar, water extract content were similar, but 75% ethanol extract content is generally higher than the content of water extract.4.Using high performance liquid phase to determine the content of magnolol and honokiol in Magnolia Bark Powder with different particle size and analysis the changes of content of the phenolic compounds. The results show that the smaller the particle size of Jiang Houpo powder, the higher the content of phenol.5. By comparing the liquid phase characteristics of the pieces, the original pieces, Jiang Houpo pieces, it is found that Jiang Houpo and its uniform pieces of the same peak number of the same peak, and the peak area of similar. Through uniform pieces and the original pieces of characteristic spectrum and found Houpo processed by ginger juice after chemical composition increases, the relative magnitude of magnolol and honokiol content has changed.6.The gas phase characteristic map of the orthogonal test samples are compared, and the differences of the grinding process are explained by the variation of the peak numbers and the percent of the peak area.The results show that: with the change of the grinding time, the number of the grinding, the grain size, some peaks appear, some of the peaks disappear, some of the peak area ratio increases, some decrease.
