Clinical Observation Of Impact Of Tongbaohuayu Enema In Treating The Adnexal Mass Of Patients Who Ectopic Pregnancy Conservative Treatment Success

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of tongbaohuayu Enema in treating the adnexal mass of patients who ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment success,which include the symptoms of pelvic congestion,the disappearance of the adnexal masses and the rectouterine pouch fluidify,the restoration of normal menstruation,as well as providing objective and detailed basis for the treatment of tongbaohuayu Enema in treating the adnexal mass of patients who ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment success.Methods:According to the cluster sampling method,60 cases with the adnexal mass of patients who ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment success were collected during 2013.4～2015.2 treatment in obstetrics and gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.60 patients were divided into the treatment (30cases,took tongbaohuayu Enema) and the control group (30cases, took Huoxuehuayu Tang). Treatment after menstrual clean three days, 15 days for a course of treatment, a total of three courses of treatment, if the mass disappearance in advance, then stop the treatment.Compared the integral of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the disappearance of the adnexal masses and the recouterine pouch fluidifyResults:The total cure rate of the treatment group was 96.67%, and the control group was 83.33%, two groups have significantly different(P<0.05).There is no significantly different between two groups in fluid depth and the adnexal mass after the first and second course of treatment(P>0.05). The two group have obvious difference after the third course(P<0.05). The treatment group and the control group both can obviously improve the situation of blood stasis syndromes (P>0.05).Conclusion:①Tongbaohuayu Enema and Huoxuehuayu Tang in Treating the adnexal mass of patients who ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment success are both effective. ②The former is superior to the later in the the disappearance of the adnexal masses and the rectouterine pouch fluidify. ③Both treatments can improve symptoms of blood stasis.④TCM enema better effect compared with oral drug for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.
