Clinical Effect Research Of Shenqitongluo Capsulecombined With Tongue Acupuncture Therapy To Cure Thesupranuclear Paralysis Of Stroke Recowery

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect that the shenqitongluo capsules combined with tongue acupuncture therapy to cure the supranuclear paralysis of stroke recowery.Methods:According to the maked diagnostic criteria, into and out of the standard,using the random number table method, 70 cases of dialectical to qi deficiency and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke recovery supranuclear paralysis patients were devided into two groups,Treatment group treated by the shenqitongluo capsules combined with tongue acupuncture therapy; the control group took basic treatment and swallowing function rehabilitation training.Two groups of patients were hospitalized with 14 days.Observed in two groups of patients before and after the treatment of supranuclear paralysis clinical manifestations,degree of cerebral apoplexy patients with clinical nerve function defect score,the score of improved ability to daily life and TCM symptoms integral differences before and after the treatment,we assessed the clinical curative effect.Statistical data analysis that we used the data spass 18.0 edition software for processing.results:On the base of the setted inclusion criteria,using the random number table method,65 cases of dialectical to qi deficiency and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke recovery supranuclear paralysis patients were devided into two groups, the shenqitongluo capsules combined with tongue acupuncture treatment group(treatment group)34 cases and control drug treatment group(control group)31 cases.Control group to internal medicine routine and swallowing function training recovery treatment.Two groups of patients were hospitalized with 14 days.Observed in two groups of patients before and after the treatment of supranuclear paralysis clinical manifestations,degree of cerebral apoplexy patients with clinical nerve function defect score,stroke patients daily life score and TCM symptoms integral differences before and after the treatment,we assessed the clinical curative effect.Statistical data analysis that we used the data spass 18.0 edition software for processing.Observe shenqtongluo capsules combined with tongue acupuncture treatingdialectical to qi deficiency and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke recovery supranuclear paralysis clinical manifestation,the degree of nerve function defect,daily life ability,Chinese medicine symptom integral of clinical improvement.Conclusion:The shenqitongluo capsules combined with tongue acupuncture therapyin improving stroke recovery pseudo bulbar paralysis clinical manifestation, improved ability in daily life, and TCM syndrome integral have obvious advantages than the control group,in terms of improvement of nerve function defect score compared with control group, the advantage is not obvious.Therefore,the shenqitongluo capsules combined with tongue acupuncture therapyhave obvious advantage than the basic treatment with swallowing function rehabilitation therapy for stroke recovery qi deficiency blood stasis type of false bulbar paralysis.
