All neet the requirements for the selected cases according to the order of time )f randomly assigned into the treatment group and control group, iistribution with random number table. Treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. Methods:taking a dose of daily, morning and evening temperature. The control group given solid renal fetus.Treatment group and control group taking time to choose into the object of study started from the date of the drug in patients, all patients medication to pregnancy than previous miscarriage in more than 2 weeks or nore than 12 weeks of pregnancy. Since starting treatment period, ask the patient to maintain emotional stability, eliminate nervous psychology, pay ittention to rest, daily life and bed rest when necessary, absolute sex, diet crimony stimulation and or greasy food difficult to digest food, stop any nay affect the outcome of the drugs, such as medication during experiencing discomfort in a timely manner. Observe patients before and after the treatment of TCM syndrome integral, serum interleukin-2, the change of serum interleukin 4 and statistical analysis was carried on.Results:the patients in treatment group after treatment the total effective rate was 93.3%, control group total effective rate was 80.0%, in improving the clinical symptoms, the data comparison before and after the treatment, there are differences, statistically significant (P<0.05), in terms of improving laboratory index, heat solid tire soup can reduce the content of serum interleukin-2, at the same time also can increase the interleukin 4 content in the blood, and to compare the data before and after, there are significant differences, statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) heat solid tire soup can obviously improve XieReXing habitual abortion patients’clinical symptoms and signs. (2) Heat solid tire soup a two-way adjustment function, so as to change the direction of the disease for pregnancy, in this study is to reduce the content of serum nterleukin-2, at the same time also can increase the interleukin 4 content in the blood. |
