The suffocating poisonous gases poured out of the underground coal seam, mainly including carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide, can lead poisoning for the workers. In addition, miners work so hard. Poor postures and humid environment in tunnel (low coal seam can cause bursitis; Fan, belt, selected waste, coal washing, crushing and other work also generate noise hazards; maintainers who work in lamp housing are in touch with lead and its compounds; In the motor repair process, roasting and leaching lacquer produce benzene substances; Belt transfer produce secondary fugitive dust; coal conveying belt with a nuclear scale can cause radiation damage. The kinds of harm are threatening the miner’s health and life safety.The main content of this paper includes the introduction of the work content of coal workers, hazards the mine workers received on the job and the analysis of the hazards. And then we will discuss the common diseases of coal mine workers, analysis of the causes and occupational disease prevention.Coal is treated as a "pillar" of national energy industry. The coal industry is the basic industry of the national economy. It strongly support the development of the national economy. The party and the people will not forget the great contributions made by the coal miners. We should pay attention to the body health and life safety of coal miners.The study found that some coal miners’chronic occupational diseases in the Tangshan City Guye District Linxi mine are more severe. And sick mine workers and mining occupational common risk factors are of great relevance. At the same time, the unit had the serious flaw and insufficiency in the prevention and treatment of mine workers’occupation disease.This paper tries to put forward countermeasures to the government department of health, Linxi mine and mine workers from the perspective of the public health management. Thus to contribute to the research of coal miners’ occupational disease in Tangshan area.
