In recent years, with the development and progress of medical science, social factors, environmental factors, psychological factors, lifestyle and behavior on the health effects of more and more attention. At present, the universal quality of life scale for quality of life has been widely used in the determination of a variety of people, becomes an important tool for the evaluation of clinical curative effect, survival quality and quality management of medical service in the general population. In the medical and health care system, medical personnel play a key role, they bear the important task to provide health services, ensure the quality of health services, the quality of life of the medical staff has great realistic significance in improving the quality of medical service.In this thesis, part of the medical staff in Eshan County People’s Hospital, KangHe Hospital, JianAn Hospital as the research object, using the questionnaire method, the quality of life and its influence factors of Eshan County medical staff analysis, and the various dimensions of quality of life score Eshan County medical personnel with Chinese norm comparison, draw the following conclusion:the quality of life of Eshan County medical personnel is low. compared with the Chinese norm, Eshan County medical staff was higher than that of Chinese norm in physiological function, general health dimension scores; but in6dimensions of physical role, bodily pain, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health were lower than those of Chinese norm. The factors that affect the quality of life of Eshan County medical personnel are mainly include:age, marital status, education level, smoking, eating breakfast, sleep quality, frequency of physical exercise, chronic disease, working years, professional title, forms of employment, personal income, the number of working days per week, with respect to the patient, the degree of trust the working environment, satisfaction, work environment satisfaction, subjective support, support utilization, time conflict, behavior conflict.In Eshan County medical personnel the status of quality of life of the survey results, combined with its influence factors, this paper puts forward some improvement and improve the quality of life of the medical staffs advice. The individual level. Medical personnel should form good habits and behavior; learn to psychological adjustment and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude; keep learning new knowledge, improve the medical skills; create a harmonious working atmosphere. The organizational level. The hospital should pay attention to the training of medical personnel, and strive to build a learning hospital; regularly carry out mental health education activities; to create a fair working environment; to improve the medical staff working environment. The government social level. The government should take positive and effective measures to improve and enhance the quality of life of the medical staff; the society should create respect for medical science, respect for the medical staff and social atmosphere:build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. The family level. Family members should understand, support the work of the medical staff.
