Crepis rigescens is a kind of Crepis belonging to the Asteraceae of herbage plant. Rich in resources, Widely distributed in our country. The herbal is bitter taste, micro cold and have a cough and asthma, clear heat send fire, benefiting vital energy, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor effect and so on, In the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and anticancer etc potentially curative effect, Has high medicinal value, the characteristics of the side effects of small, for the study of the medicinal value and chemical composition of the structure-activity relationship, the study of its chemical composition was carried out.In this article, by using silica gel column chromatography, TLC chroma tegraphy and recrystallization method, We conducted a study on thechemical constituents of the ethyl acetate layer, the n-hexane extracts in Crepis rigescens and 20 compounds were isolated; by employing NMR spectroscopy techniques to analyze the compounds isolated and combining literature data, 20 compounds were identified as follows: friedelin(1), stimastero(2), β-sitosterol(3), α-spinasterol(4), taraxasteryl acetate(5), α-amyrin acetate(6), β-amyrin acetate(7), α-amyrin(8), β-amyrin(9), oleanolic acid(10), triacontanol(11), luteolin(12), dibntyl phthalate(13), α-glucose(14), obacunone(15), isolipidiol(16), grosheiminol(17), ω-taraxasteryl acetate(18), lupeone(19), cofficic acid(20).Select 8 kinds of plant bacterial strain:including Botrytis cirerea, Strawberry grey mould of bacteria, Bipolaria maydis, Exserohilum turcicum, Fusarium wilt of cucumber, Fusarium oxyspirum F sp niveum, Fusarium graminearum Sehw, Fusarium graminearumt. The inhibitory activities of 8 kinds of petroleum ether layer, ethyl acetate layer, n-butanol extraction plant extracts from crepis rigescens. The results showed that: petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol layer have antimicrobial effect, n-butanol layer is relatively better. Meanwhile, we also did the activity test on the compound 1, 2and 15. The results showed that: the inhibitory rate of the four compound on Apple rotten plant pathogens is above 50%.
