Objective:The use of Chinese traditional medicine, psychological intervention, nutritional guidance and sport is a body comprehensive treatment method to guide cancer rehabilitation treatment and evaluation of its impact on the quality of survival, to explore a set of appropriate and effective tumor rehabilitation methods of traditional Chinese medicine.Method: 25 cases of tumor hospital patients, using TCM treatment, psychological intervention, nutritional guidance, and exercise therapy is a body comprehensive rehabilitation treatment method to guide cancer rehabilitation, and through the TCM symptom assessment, evaluation method, the cartesian digital pain score and SCL90 symptoms scale, hospital anxiety depression scale (HAD), NRS2002 nutritional risk screening table and quality of life scale from the traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, pain status, carr’s score, mental status, nutritional status, quality of life of cancer patients before and after rehabilitation treatment, and evaluate the curative effect.Result: After 2 weeks of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, 25 cases of clinical symptoms and nutritional status in patients with malignant tumors have been improved significantly (P< 0.0001), in pain, psychological status, physical status, survival quality got improved significantly (P< 0.05), and promote the increasing quality of life of patients with tumor.Conclusion:The combined cancer rehabilitation therapies with traditional Chinese medicine is a set of appropriate and effective rehabilitation methods, it can significantly improve symptoms in patients with pain, improve the quality of life.
