| Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Yiqi Recipe in patients with gastric cancer after chemotherapy, influence on the expression of gastric cancer patients serum gastrin (gas) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP); on gastric cancer MGC-803 cells in BALB/C nude mice subcutaneously transplanted tumor inhibition rate and the expression of endothelin (gas) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) on gastric cancer in nude mice bearing human serum gastrin effects were observed.Methods:1 according to the cases included in the standard collection of gastric cancer patients, divided into Jianpi Yiqi Recipe+chemotherapy group and chemotherapy group, observe the side effect after strengthening the Jianpi Yiqi Recipe and chemotherapy.2 serum of patients with gastric cancer was collected, and the effect of Elisa on serum gastrin (GAS) and VIP in patients with gastric cancer were detected.3.inoculation of human gastric cancer cell line MGC-803 subcutaneously in nude mice, gastric carcinoma transplanted subcutaneously in nude mice tumor model was established, divided into Jianpi Yiqi Recipe group,5-FU group, Jianpiyiqi Recipe+5-FU group, blank group to observe tumor bearing mice body weight, growth, and the volume and weight of tumor and evaluation of Jianpi Yiqi Recipe of the tumor inhibition rate.4 the serum of tumor bearing mice was detected by Elisa method and the effect of s Jianpiyiqi Recipe on serum gastrin (GAS) and the intestinal peptide (VIP) in nude mice were detected.Results:1 the degree of nausea and vomiting in the Jianpiyiqi Recipe+chemotherapy group was less than that of chemotherapy alone, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2 the serum gastrin (GAS) and the mean value of VIP in the patients with Jianpiyiqi Recipe and chemotherapy group were lower than that in the western medicine group (P＜0.05).. 3. Jianpi Yiqi Recipe group bearing tumor mice average tumor volume and tumor weight compared with the blank group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05); 4. Jianpi Yiqi Recipe group of tumor bearing mice serum gastrin (gas) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) average value compared with the blank group, the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yiqi Recipe can reduce gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy side reaction; Jianpi Yiqi Recipe on gastric cancer have obvious inhibitory effect, and its mechanism may be related to Jianpi Yiqi Recipe reduce serum gastrin (gas) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP). |
