The Clinical Research Of Quality Of Life In Patients With Advanced Gastric Cancer Such As Impact Of Jianpi Fuzheng Xiaozheng Recipe

Objective:through the clinical study of random, control, effect of Jianpifuzhengxiaozheng recipe decoction on quality of life in patients with advanced gastric cancer, KPS score, the progression of the disease and serum miR-21 index of spleen, clear Fuzheng Xiao mitigation effect in prescription on clinical symptoms in patients with advanced gastric cancer, in order to further explore the mechanism of Jianpi Fuzheng Xiaozhengdecoction on gastric cancer cells.Research contents:the group (60 patients) randomized 1:1 machine is divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group used Jianpifuzhengxiaozheng recipe combinedwithchemotherapy (5-FU) treatment, the control group only with chemotherapy (5-FU) for 2 cycles,4 weeks for a course of treatment; through the 2 cycle of the 2 groups after treatment the quality of life of the patients, bone marrow suppression, serum miR-21 and disease progression data distribution difference analysis, evaluation of clinical efficacy of the decoction onpatients with advanced gastric cancer; in addition, the changes of serum miRNA-21 levels in patients with monitoring, analysis of correlation between expression of theparty in the miRNA; in order to further explore the mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine compound inhibiting growth and metastasis of gastric cancer cells, provide effective data for the spleen Fuzheng Xiao effect in party for advanced gastric cancer.Results:after treatment, quality of life score, KPS score, serum miR-21 level, disease progression compared with before treatment, no significant disease progression and serum miR-21 two data differences (P> 0.05), there was statistical significance in the other two data difference; comparison group, treatment group after treatment, the treatment group quality of life scores, KPS scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the difference has statistical significance of serum miR-21 level (P< 0.05), the difference of data distribution of disease progression did not achieve statistical significance.Conclusions:Disease can improve the fe quality of patients eliminate spleen righting, reduce patient bone marrow suppression; Jianpifuzhengxiaozheng recipe of invigorating the spleen had no obvious inhibitory effect on serum miRNA in patients with gastric cancer.
