Purpose:To study the role of root canal disinfection photodynamic therapy and wavelength of 980 nm wavelength of 660 nm diode laser in root canal treatment process, the evaluation of these two wavelengths of laser sterilization effect on infected root canal, for both laser provide some experimental evidence in the clinical application of root canal therapy.Methods:The number of 20 patients with the chronic pulpitis, a total of 20 teeth as research subjects.
