Objective:To estimate the efficacy of sublingual immunotherapy with standardized Dermatophagoides farina drops in allergic rhinitis, the improvement of life quality, patients’ compliance and adverse reactions during treatment.Methods:To analyze the data of 1548 AR patients who were treated with Dermatophagoides farina drops SLIT as well as have complete clinical data. These patients were divided into groups according to the changes on nasal symptoms and physical symptoms showed before and after treatment. And three groups that are less than 1 year,1-2 years and more than 2 years were divided according to different treatment time. Analyze the data by SPSS 20.0, which includes the total nasal symptoms score (TNSS),the total physical symptoms score, the changes on life quality score, patients treatment compliance and adverse reactions.Results:After treatment, the patients’symptom, physical symptom and life quality were ameliorated obviously and the difference is meaningful in statistics. The differences of patients’ symptom, physical symptom and life quality between 3 groups is meaningful in statistics(P<0.01) and there is positive correlation between the course treatment time and the improvement in patients’symptom, physical symptom, life quality. Among 1548 patients,421 patients quitted ahead of schedule. The total treatment compliance is 72.8% and serious adverse reactions didn’t happen during the treatment.Conclusions:SLIT with Dermatophagoides farina drops has remarkable efficacy in allergic rhinitis. The treatment time by taking sublingual with Dermatophagoides farina drops has positive correlation with treatments’efficacy and improvements on life quality of allergic rhinitis patients. And the sublingual with Dermatophagoides farina drops are safe and compliant.
