The Study On Injection Of Botulinum Toxin Type A For Rejuvenation In The Upper And Middle Face

[Objective] Botulinum toxin type A has been widely used in facial hytidectomy micro plastic industry in China, through the use of botulinum toxin type A improve facial rejuvenation is becoming more and more by the majority of patients of all ages, the number of wrinkles and wrinkles deepen the increase is one of the main characteristics of facial aging. Forehead wrinkles, crow’s feet and glabella wrinkles deepened because of the frontal muscle, orbicularis oculi, procerus, procerus and corrugator muscle contractions and expression of distraction caused by pulling the skin, this experiment used American Allergan company produced (Botox) of botulinum toxin type A on the 100U/ bottle volume wrinkles, crow’s feet, glabella wrinkles by injection of upper facial dynamic wrinkles in 25 patients, before and after the clinical effect and patients self evaluation of the clinical effect of rhytidectomy of opposite upper injection of botulinum toxin type A observation, evaluation and clinical complications were studied.[Methods] 2013 December to 2015 January were collected of botulinum toxin type A wrinkle treatment patients (the amount of grain, glabella wrinkles, crow’s feet) in 75 cases, randomly selected from 25 cases as the research object. Methods using botulinum toxin type A (BOTOX America) local injection in the treatment of different parts, injection, and observe the changes the wrinkles on the forehead, glabella wrinkles, follow-up after surgery.[Results] 25 cases of patients with Facial Wrinkle Scale, the degree of wrinkles: 2.44±0.583 FWS,4 week after the injection of FWS 0.80±0.645,1.64±0.637 WSRS after injection of June; bilateral crow’s-feet fold:injection of FWS 2.44±0.583,4 weeks after the injection of FWS 0.64±0.489,1.56±0.82. after injection of FWS in June fold; glabellar lines:FWS before the injection of 2.28±0.541,4 weeks after injection of FWS 0.84±0.624,1.44±0.583 in June after the injection of FWS injection in the treatment of upper part; there was no obvious adverse reaction and complication.[Conclusion] The injection of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of upper facial dynamic wrinkles is a safe and effective method, fast, good effect in improving the upper facial dynamic wrinkles.
