| Objective:To analysis the mechanism of penetration needling of electro-acupuncture with condensation wave and strong stimulation to improve facial wrinkles, and to explore its clinical effect.Methods:The60patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups with randomized, controlled and single-blind statistical methods,as the electro-acupuncture penetration needling (experimental group) and conventional acupuncture group (control group), each group of30cases.The statistics were analysed with the strict observation and recording the effect to improve the wrinkles of experiment group and the control group before and after treatment and the adverse reaction,Results:Comparing the curative effect score of the experimental group and the control group in improvement the forehead lines(P=0.025), frown lines(P=0.041), crow’s feet (P=0.033), and nasolabial folds(P=0.029), P values were less than0.05, the difference was statistically significant. It indicates that the experimental group for the improvement of these four facial parts wrinkles is more effective than the control group. Observation of shortening nasolabial length in the two groups has no significant difference (P=0.124>0.05). And for improving skin moisture the experimental group is better(P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture penetration needling with condensation wave to improve facial wrinkles, has good clinical efficacy. It is worthy of further research and promotion. |
