Objective:High incidence of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage (Hypertensive ntracerebral hemorrhage HICH), death and morbidity is high. At present, surgical reatment become one of the important treatment of hypertensive cerebral emorrhage. Surgical treatment is more, choose what kind of operation is the key to ffective treatment. Purpose of this study is to investigate the CT localization of ematoma puncture pumping flow technique for treatment of hypertensive cerebral emorrhage, provide the basis for treatment.Methods:150 patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage surgery were etrospectively analyzed and were randomly divided into three groups, respectively using DT positioning hematoma puncture pumping attract flow under 50 cases and 50 cases of ;mall bone window craniotomy hematoma removal and traditional big bone flap craniotomy ematoma removal of 50 cases, the application of statistical methods to contrast research rom the following aspects:three groups of postoperative mortality and postoperative 1 nonth 6 months three groups of ADL grading curative effect.Results:1.3 patients treatment groups in age, preoperative GCS score, ematoma volume size differences of no statistical significance (P> 0.05).2. three treatment group patients in the postoperative mortality after a month here was no significant difference (P> 0.05).3.hematoma puncture under CT localization attract flow after 6 months ADL grading curative effect is better than that of small bone window craniotomy for removal of nematoma group and traditional big bone tiap craniotomy for removal of ematoma, there was statistically difference (P< 0.05).4. small bone window craniotomy for removal of hematoma group and raditional big bone flap craniotomy for removal of hematoma group after 6 months ADL grading curative effect between no statistical difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion:Compare three methods of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage surgery, common hematoma puncture under CT localization smoke attract in daily life ability mprove flow is better than that of small bone window craniotomy for removal of hematoma ind traditional big bone flap craniotomy for removal of hematoma, but from a patient’s postoperative mortality compared with no obvious difference in January.
