| Objective: In this study,we analyzed the serum magnesium ion and hematoma growth volume of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)who received conservative treatment, and the correlation between the prognosis three months after discharge,in order to summarize the experience, and find out the correlation between the three, provide more basis for the future treatment program,so that the patients can get more benefits. Methods: This is a retrospective study,We adopted retrospective research, and we collected 114 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage from Neurosurgery Department of my Hospital from September 2018 to November 2019.We collected characteristics of all these patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(including sex, age, past medical history, medication history, smoking history, drinking history, etc.),serum magnesium ion at admission, initial hematoma volume at admission, the modified Rankin Scale(MRS)score of the follow-up 3 months after discharge, and the analysis of the relationship between magnesium ion, hematoma volume growth and the prognosis of the patients. Results: A total of 113 patients, and 11 of whom were lost.(1)There was no significant difference in gender, age, past medical history, medication history, smoking history and drinking history among all patients(P > 0.05);(2)Single factor regression analysis has showed the difference of Mg2+ and hematoma growth between the group with good prognosis and the group with poor prognosis was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the prognosis of poor group was all lower than that of good group;(3)Multiple regression analysis has showed that the hematoma growth was a risk factor for prognosis. The AUC of hematoma growth was 0.771,the sensitivity was 92.85%,the specificity was 53.13%,the cut-off value is 4.53;(4)There was a negative correlation between Mg2+ and hematoma growth,r =-0.616,P < 0.05,with statistical significance. Conclusion :(1)There was a negative correlation between Mg2+ and hematoma growth(P < 0.05).(2)Hematoma growth was a risk factor for prognosis, and there was a negative correlation between hematoma growth and prognosis(P < 0.05).(3)There was a negative correlation between Mg2+ and prognosis(P<0.05). |
