Study On Preparation And Quality Standard Of Rabdosia Mushrooms For Compound Preparation

In recent years, because of the effect of unique clinical application, researchers increase studies of Rabdosia rubescens and mushrooms. These similar pharmacological effects and clinical applications have harmonious and complementary roles in anti-tumor and enhancing human immunity. This thesis chooses two traditional chinese medicines Rabdosia rubescens and mushrooms, and aims at preparing in two dosage forms oral liquid and buccal tablets, in order to avoid the disadvantages of difficult decoction of traditional Chinese medicine, large amount of medication, inaccurate dosage, inconvenient carrying way. The two dosage forms have advantages of absorbing quickly, convenient carrying process and so on, and lay the foundation for the further research and development of new dosage forms and their relevent clinical research.The thesis primarily conducts research from the following several aspects:(1) The pharmacological effects and clinical applications. Through relevant articles can get the corresponding pharmacological actions and clinical applications, the common aspects to have anti-cancer, enhancing human immunity, etc.(2) The extraction process of anti-cancer agents. According to the corresponding medicinal components of different polarity, using the water extraction and alcohol extraction process, combining the two kinds of extract after extraction, concentrating to the corresponding density.(3) The preparation process of anti-cancer agents. According to relevant Chinese medicine, oral liquid in preparation for a long time place is easy to produce precipitation, adopting the chitosan clarification process, stabilizer and centrifugal process of common use. Due to corresponding Chinese medicine oral liquid is bitter, making people difficult to take, in order to increase the taste of the patients with oral liquid and make old people, kids are easy to take, adopting the corresponding taste masking methods. Through the Orthogonal experiment design and optimization of prescription chooses the best process conditions. In the process of preparing buccal tablets, also adopts the corresponding taste masking methods and supplementary material application of mannitol can improve tablets corresponding palate.(4) The quality evaluation of anticancer agents. Oral liquid quality evaluation mainly tests from seven aspects as the total acid, total sugar, the determination of pH, light transmittance, the determination of sedimentation rate, the measurement of viscosity and relevant health standard. Buccal tablet quality evaluation mainly tests from eight aspects as the appearance of particle, particle size, liquidity, appearance of tablets, taste, hardness, friability, piece of heavy differences. In terms of content analysis by UV spectrophotometry, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method and other analysis methods. Experimental data are convenient, fast and high accuracy, and it can satisfy the quality control of this study and ensure the corresponding drugs safe and effective.Conclusion: the purpose of the thesis is the preparation of safe and effective anti-tumor agents, through suitable optimization of the prescription and controlling the corresponding quality standard., The preparation conforms with the experimental criteria, reaching the expected purpose of experiment, and laying the foundation for development of related new dosage forms of Rabdosia rubescens and mushrooms.
