| Objective:This topic through the research of arthroscopy cleaning operation were retrospectively analyzed with sodium hyaluronate injection with knee joint functional exercise combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment moderate knee joint osteoarthritis, and to study the effect of comprehensive treatment of moderate knee arthritis synthesis mechanism, seek a treatment for moderate knee osteoarthritis is effective, economical and practical, easy method of clinical application and popularization. Methods:In this study, Cases of this study was selected from December 2012 to December 2014 in hubei province hospital inpatient Chen Jianfeng chief physician treating moderate patients with knee arthritis. According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, selection of the 90 patients as the research object, according to the different method of treatment, it can be divided into group A and group B and C three groups, treatment group 30 cases in each group, cases research object for the unilateral knee joint, if the patient is double knee arthritis, select compared clinical manifestations of heavy side. All cases patients admittedto hospital line system of physical examination and the preoperative examination, line for the treatment of knee joint clearing, guide them with genu postoperative function exercise. Control group therapy is A simple admission application the arthroscopic treatment of cleaning, postoperativ e cooperate with knee joint functional exercise under guidance of physician.Control group B in the control group is A method of increasing of intra-art icular injection of sodium hyaluronate on treatment. Treatment group C is in the control group B increase system on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment. Observe three groups of patien ts before treatment and treatment for knee pain and joint disorder symptoms improvement, application of knee joint Lysholm scoring system for evaluation before and after treatment of knee joint function.Results:After treatment, using SPSS 16.0 software for statistical analysis. 1. Comparison of the three groups of patients before treatment Lysholm knee scor e Three groups, P> 0.05, not statistically significant. 2, the three groups of patients after treatment Lysholm knee scores(1) A, B between two groups, P = 0.035 <0.05, statistically significant differen ces in the two control groups showed that the treatment of moderate osteoarthrit is of the knee have effect, can improve joint pain and dysfunction, and B treatme nt group than the control group A;(2) A, C between two groups, P = 0.026 <0.05, statistically significant differen ces in the treatment group showed moderate osteoarthritis of the knee have effec t, and the treatment group than the control group C treatment A;(3) B, C between two groups, P = 0.04 <0.05, statistically significant differenc es in the treatment group than the control group C treatment B.Conclusions:The treatment can be used to moderate knee osteoarthritis in clinical treatment, and with arthroscopy surgery plus sodium hyaluronate injection with Chinese medicine three ways of making the joint treatment group, the moderate clinical symptoms in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and the effect is better than pure arthroscopy clean and arthroscopic surgery plus sodium hyaluronate injection treatment. This triple treatments for moderat e knee joint osteoarthritis, and the recent curative effect, compared with artificial knee joint arthroplasty has the safety, low cost, short course of treatment, easy to accept the advantages of patients, is worth populariz ing in clinic.
