ObjectiveIn this study, through the determination of chronic heart failure(CHF) and the content of ICAM-1 in the sera of patients with P-selectin, ICAM-1 and P-selectin in serum were observed in different TCM Syndromes of chronic heart failure patients level, to explore the(1) ICAM-1 and P-selectin in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) the possible mechanism of tissue damage in the process;(2) the relationship between chronic heart failure of different TCM syndrome type and ICAM-1 and P-selectin for the future; chronic heart failure type and treatment to provide an objective basis, to provide new ideas for the Chinese medicine standardization process.MethodsIn strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. 120 sera samples were collected from all was in 2013 November to 2014 June in Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital and Optics Valley hospital Garden Hill district hospital patients, the subjects were divided into study group and control group; study group that patients with chronic heart failure in 100 cases(male 68, female 32), average age 62.51 + 12.35 years. The control group of non chronic heart failure in 20 patients(male 12, female 8), average age 61.97 + 10.85 years. All subjects on admission or fasting blood from ulnar vein 4ml(with heparin anticoagulant), centrifugal separated upper serum after packing placed in the refrigerator freezer to save-80℃. Determination of all 120 cases of ICAM-1 and P-selectin in patients with peripheral serum content by the method of double antibody sandwich ELISA. Serum ICAM-1 and P-selectin quantification kit provided by Wuhan boster, complete testing in Hubei University of traditionalChinese medicine acupuncture experimental study in that according to reagent. All data to indicate that, compared with count data, chi square test, compare the collected measurement data t test and variance analysis.ResultsThe study included 100 patients with chronic heart failure hospitalization,(32 cases, NHYA grade II NHYA III grade 47 cases, NHYA in 21 cases of grade IV, 20 cases), patients with non chronic heart failure(NYHA I). On patients with chronic heart failure clinical syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine, the center of lung qi deficiency syndrome in 28 cases, 19 cases of deficiency of Qi and Yin two, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in 21 cases, 15 cases of phlegm obstructing the lung, edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency in 17 cases. Through statistical analysis, no significant between two groups in age, gender and other aspect ratio. No statistical significance in chronic heart failure five syndrome types of groups of patients with age, gender and other differences in percentage.①The serum ICAM-1 in patients with chronic heart failure group and P-selectin content were obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.01), the difference was statistically significant. ②The level of serum ICAM-1 and P-selectin levels in cardiac function grading the overall distribution of NYHA between the groups are not equal, the difference is statistically significant, and increases with the increase of NYHA grade, and was positively correlated with. ③The content of ICAM-1 in serum in each group the overall distribution is not completely equal, the difference has statistical significance, the content of ICAM-1 in serum from high to low as edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency, phlegm obstructing lung syndrome group group, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group, deficiency of both qi and Yin Syndrome group, heart and lung qi deficiency syndrome group and control group; the content ofP-selectin in serum of each group of the overall distribution is not completely equal and the difference is statistically significant, the content of P-selectin in serum from high to low as edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency, phlegm obstructing lung syndrome group group, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group, deficiency of both qi and Yin Syndrome group, heart and lung qi deficiency syndrome group and control group.ConclusionsIn patients with chronic heart failure in the ICAM-1 and P-selectin levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, and with the NHYA cardiac functional grading increased, indicating that ICAM-1 and P-selectin in serum to play a key role in the pathology of chronic heart failure process, and probably as judging the severity in patients with chronic heart failure index. The chronic heart failure group five card ICAM-1 level, from high to low as edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency, phlegm obstructing lung syndrome group group, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group, Qi and yin deficiency group, heart lung qi deficiency syndrome group. Description ICAM-1 level has a certain reference value for chronic heart failure syndrome differentiation of tcm. The comparison of the five groups of syndrome type of chronic heart failure P-selectin level, from high to low as edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency, phlegm obstructing lung syndrome group group, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group, deficiency of both qi and Yin Syndrome group, heart and lung qi deficiency syndrome group. Description P-selectin level has a certain reference value for chronic heart failure syndrome differentiation of tcm.
