| Objective Observed the patients who use using fire needle stab winding per cutem therapy liver syndrome, herpes zoster, observe the patient’s skin rash recovery and improvement pain degree, the incidence of heritage neuralgia after statistics, and the clinical healing rate. The sufferer from skin care, diet, life daily life aspects of self control. Help patients correct understanding of herpes zoster and actively cooperate with treatment, in order to reduce the occurrence of neuralgia. Observe two groups of treatment in patients with herpes zoster rash and pain symptoms, to study the effect of fire needle and stab winding per cutem therapy mechanism. Understanding of the knowledge of herpes zoster in patients with preliminary statistics, think do a good job in publicity and education methods.Methods This study collect 80 patients in clinic of dermatology, the first hospital in wuhan, with reference to the China herpes zoster treatment guidelines, the diagnosis of disease diagnosis curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine standard for patients with herpes zoster courage damp heat syndrome,during March- December in 2014.According to the clinical time randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group, age, sex, place, of course had no significant statistical difference to begin with, the patient may cause, infection before the onset of the parts, and of course to begin with, Chinese and western medicine treatment of records, clinical observation of 12 days, 1 month follow-up, record was detected after recovery, pain symptom improvement and neuralgia is happening. Statistical methods: use SPSSl8.0 software system for data analysis, check blister, scabby time pain, pain relief to maintain time and stop time, the above data expressed with sample mean ci, measurement data using t test, counting data by chi-square test,(P < 0.05)for the difference was statistically significant.The result ①In general information: 80 patients, 41 cases of male(51.3%), 39 cases of women(48.8%), age range 18-70, mean age 50.26 ± 3.02 years old, two groups of patients in age, sex, course of the disease and to begin with, and some parts generally have no obvious difference, comparable(P < 0.05). The first course of treatment results show that the pain of blister time, scabby time, alleviate the maintain time, the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group; The second course of treatment results show that with the increase of number of treatment, two groups of patients after treatment, pain relief to maintain time extension, however, two groups of treatment cure rate and effective no statistical difference; Heritage neuralgia after the total pain relief rate and incidence of aspects: experimental data was slightly tall, but no statistical difference between two groups. Statistics show that: in 80 patients, before the illness have overworked, upper respiratory tract infection, depression and other incentives of 46 cases, 6 cases had the shingles, know herpes zoster disease 34 cases, 11 cases herpes zoster disease process.Conclusion Fire needle stab winding cutem treatment of herpes zoster in check blister, scabby time pain, pain relief to maintain time and stop time are better than red light and radio frequency treatment group. |
