Purpose The clinic study is based on the theory of TCM,applying the software of collecting on TCM experience and data mining to collecting messages and data mining to the clinic medical records of professor Yan’s diagnosis and treatment on chronic gastritis, analyzing the relationship among treatment,diseases, symptoms and medication,summarizing and discussing tutor’s clinic application law on “the 13 Tongjiang methods of treating chronic gastritis”, which has a positive influence on enriching the diagnosis and treatment on chronic gastritis.Method Collect and sort a part of professor Yan’s medical records on chronic gastritis in recent three years,conduct strict screening according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and standardize the clinic materials(mainly contain the term of symptoms,types of syndrome and medicine)of 791 medical records which meet the standard. Then set the corresponding template in the software of collecting on TCM experience and data mining,and entry the medical records which have been dealt with. Apply the frequency and related operation method to mining effectively in the messages of the medical records,including the general materials, symptoms, the central medication of “the 13 Tongjiang methods of treating chronic gastritis” and so on, analyzethe characteristic of professor Yan’s treatment on chronic gastritis with the 13 Tongjiang methods,summarize the law and experience of application.Result A.The total results:a.89 symptoms are appeared,they are:anorexia,stomachache,gastrectasia,hiccup,gastric discomfort, poor sleep at night,thirsty,dry stool and so on;b.The tongue nature mainly contain pink and red,the tongue fur mainly contain white,greasy and yellowish greasy tongue;c.The pulse condition mainly contain string pulse,slide pulse,soft pulse,thready pulse.d.There are 121 Chinese medicine,according to the frequency are radices saussureae,dried tangerine peel, Poria cocos,bighead atractylodes rhizome,Codonopsis pilosula,fructus aurantii,radices paeoniae alba,Pinellia ternata, rhizoma cyperi,Mangnolia officinalis,rhizoma atractylodis, Rhizoma Dioscoreae and so on.They are mainly contain medicine for regulating QI flow,tonic medicine,eliminating dampness and phlegm medicine, medicine for dispelling internal cold, medicine for invigorating blood circulateon and eliminating stasis,tranquilizer,digestives and so on.
