By Warming Yang And Resolving Phlegm Method In The Treatment Of Hashimoto Thyroditis The Clinical Curative Effect And Influence On IFN-γ Lewels

Objective: By using this method of Warming Yang and Resolving phlegm, in order to adjust the level of Th1 cells factor IFN- γ, explore its in the treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Jia Jian(spleen kidney Yang deficiency type) in the patients with curative effect.For traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis and provide theoretical basis for hypothyroidism disease.Methods: According to principle of randomized controlled clinical observation, the diagnosis of patients with hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Jia Jian 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups.In conventional treatment, western medicine using optimal armour intervention group 30 cases on the basis of oral explored phlegm of Chinese herbal medicine, medicine 1 month for a period of treatment, for three consecutive quarters, course of treatment.Changes were observed before and after treatment, the change of the evaluation of patients with clinical symptoms and signs before and after the treatment, observation of patients before and after thyroid hormone, thyroid stimulating hormone, related antibodies and the change of INF-γ, To observe the clinical explored phlegm method in the treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis and safety usage and curative effect of hypothyrodism disease.Results: Clinical observation showed that:(1) the treatment group patients before treatment score was 14.23±4.06 clinical symptoms, signs, integral was 9.30 ±3.29 after treatment. The control group before treatment patients clinical symptoms and signs integral was 13.87 ±4.12, 13.50 ±3.47 after treatment. That the treatment group in improving the patients’ clinical symptoms, physical signs integral is better than that in control group(P < 0.05);(2) In improving about thyroid lobe and isthmus, thickness is better than that in control group(P < 0.05)(3) the treatment group in reducing laboratory index, A- A- the TPO TG is better than that in control group(P < 0.05);(4) the treatment group patients before treatment level of IFN- gamma was 95.14 ±12.69, 68.93±15.69 after treatment. Control group patients before treatment level of IFN- gamma was 94.7±13.47, 90.67±16.87 after treatment. That the treatment group in the lower levels of Th1 cells factor of IFN- gamma is better than that in control group(P < 0.05);(5) in the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group effective rate was 86.7%, control group was 63.3%, and that the treatment group in the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine effective ways is better than that of control group(P < 0.05);(6) in improving clinical curative effect, clinical effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%, the control group was 56.7%, that in terms of clinical efficacy of treatment group was obviously better than the control group(P < 0.01), and clinical medication safety, no adverse reactions.Conclusion: Using this method of Warming Yang and Resolving phlegm in the treatment of hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Jia Jian disease, can significantly reduce the patient’s symptoms and signs, consciously Effectively improve the thyroid function, hasthegood clinical curative effect;By comparing the intervention group and control group Th1 cytokines INF –γ,the result of the gamma,Found the method of Warming Yang and Resolving phlegm can effectively regulate autoimmune thuroid functiom,reduce the Th1 cytokines INF –γ levels.
