Research On Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Based On The Core Of Pathogenesis Of Subacute Cough

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shensu Zhike Decoction in the treatment of subacute cough of the core pathogens is based on Fengsheng spasm, and use Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ) score and cough symptoms integral to evaluate the patients’ quality of life and the improvement of cough symptoms. And to advocate the clinicians pay attention to bio-psycho-social medical model for the integrated treatment mode, and so as to improve the patients’ quality of life and mental health.Methods: A total of 60 eligible patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each, including control group in 2 cases because of lost follow-up removal. The treatment group was treated with Shensu Zhike decoction and the control group was treated with Fei Li Ke capsule. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. Using LCQ and cough symptoms integral to evaluate the improvement of the quality of life between before and after treatment, and to evaluate the safety and effectiveness in patients with Shen su Zhike Decoction for the treatment of this disease.Results: Compared with the result before treatment, the scores of LCQ and the cough symptoms integral in both two groups were increased after 2 weeks treatment(P<0.05).And the scores in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.01).The clinical symptom integral evaluation of curative effect in experimental group 10 cases were cured, effective in 13 cases, 4 cases improved, 3 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 90%; the control group 4 cases of clinical cure, 10 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases improved, 6 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 78.57%.There was significant difference between two groups(P< 0.05), and the treatment group is better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Shensu Zhike decoction treatment based in pathogenesis of Fengsheng spasm for subacute cough is not only efficacy, but also help improve the patients’ quality of life and inhance the confidence to resistant diseases, and no obvious adverse reaction.
