Clinical Study Of Yiqi Buxue Xiezhuo Decoction Combined With Erythropoietin Treatment Of Renal Anemia

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Buxue Xiezhuo decoction combined with r Hu EPO in the treatment of renal anemia, to evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Yiqi Buxue Xiezhuo Decoction "in the treatment of renal anemia, and reduce the adverse reactionof erythropoietin, and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of renal anemia intraditional Chinese medicine.Method: will meet the inclusion criteria were 60 cases, were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 cases, 30 cases of the control group. The control group was givenr Hu EPO, iron, folic acid treatment, the treatment group based on the treatment in control group treated with Yiqi Buxue Xiezhuo Recipe of Chinese herbal decoction. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks, 4 weeks for 1 courses. Observation of patients with hemoglobin(Hb), red blood cell count(RBC), hematocrit(HCT), reticulocyte count(Rct), serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), serum iron(Fe), the change of ferritin and TCM symptoms and syndrome integral. All data processing is performed in the SPSS17. 0 statistical software,P<0. 05 has the remarkable difference; P<0. 01 is a very significant difference; no significant differences in P>0. 05.Results: 1, the effect of the disease: in the control group, the total efficiency of 60%; the total effective rate of treatment group 83%, two groups there was a significant difference(P<0.05),it shows that the treatment group than the control group. 2, to correct the anemia status of treatment group was superior to control group: the treatment group in 2 weeks after the treatment, RBC, Hb, HCT increased significantly(P<0. 05), but no significant change during the same period of the control group(P>0. 05); after 8 weeks of treatment, the treatment group and the control group comparison of RBC, Hb, HCT have significant or very significant difference(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01); Rct 2 weeks after treatment in two groups were significantly or very significantly increased(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01), andthe treatment group compared with the control group with significant difference(P<0. 05). 3, after treatment in improving the blood routine,renal function, TCM syndrome integral and TCM syndrome curative effect in the treatment group than in control group(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01).Conclusion: the use of Yiqi Buxue Xiezhuo Recipe treatment of renal anemia, anemia can berelatively quick correct state of patients, shorten treatment time. To improve renal function andanemia, the progression of chronic renal failure, clinical significance.Yiqi Buxue Xiezhuo decoction combined with r Hu EPO were significantly lower in patients with chronic renal failure, clinical symptoms, physical signs of integration, improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, the quality of life of the patients improved obviously.Can increase hemoglobin, hematocrit, red blood cell count level. Lower blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine, improve anemia and renal function levels in patients with residual renal function, delay the progress of long-term hemodialysis patients.This can improve, improve the patient’s nutritional status and quality of life; promote endogenous human erythropoietin secretion, and reduce the adverse reaction of EPO,alleviate the inhibitory effects of uremic toxins on red blood cell production.
